By creating an account or using Honeybee, you agree to these terms. If you're using Honeybee on behalf of a veterinary practice or organization, you agree on its behalf.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you add and for keeping your login secure. Keep your pet's contact and microchip details current — that's what brings a lost pet home.

Use Honeybee only for managing pet records you have the right to manage. Don't upload unlawful content, attempt to access other users' data, or disrupt the service. Clinic accounts must only register chips and add records they are authorized to handle.

You retain ownership of the records and information you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content to you and the people you share it with, and to run features like AI summaries and document extraction.

Honeybee offers a free tier and paid Premium and Clinic plans. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the end of the billing period. Prices and plan limits are shown at sign-up and may change with notice.

Honeybee is a record-keeping and sharing tool, not a provider of veterinary advice. AI-generated summaries are convenience features and may contain errors — always rely on a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.

We work to keep Honeybee reliable but provide it "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may update or discontinue features over time.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you can export your data first.
