Honeybee never locks your pet's history in. Export a complete copy whenever you want — and delete everything just as easily.

Open your pet's records
Sign in and go to the Medical Records tab for the pet you want to export.

Choose an export
Use Export records for a plain-text copy of the full history, or the insurance-claim export to bundle everything for a claim.

Save the file
Your browser downloads the file immediately — no waiting, no email round-trip. Original uploaded documents are preserved alongside the parsed data.
